Lorena Barraza

Lorena Barraza, 21, passed away April 21, 2007, in a car accident on State Route 76 in San Diego County. Born April 6, 1986, in Fallbrook, CA, she was an area resident her whole life.

Ms. Barraza was a student at California State University, San Marcos. She was also a member of St. Catherine’s Church in Temecula, where she volunteered and helped substitute teach catechism classes.

Ms. Barraza is survived by mother and father Theresa and Roman Barraza, brother Roman Barraza and sisters Christina and Caroline Barraza, all of Temecula.

There will be a visitation Thursday, April 26, 2007, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., with vigil at 7:00 p.m., at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Temecula. A Mass will be held Friday, April 27, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Catherine’s, with interment following at Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery.
