He lived in Aguanga and worked as an automotive tech. He is survived by parents Jeffrey and India Holmberg; siblings Meagan, Russell and Alison; and a newborn nephew. Services for Richard will be Friday, Sept. 12, at England Family Mortuary starting at 4 p.m. with reception to follow at Pat & Oscar’s in Temecula.
