Frandsen releases pledge Grey Frandsen, Democratic Candidate for Assembly District 66, recently released an eight-part pledge that he claims will guide his campaign and – if elected – time in elected office. Frandsen pledged to reject partisanship and dirty politics, to remain open and accessible, to defeat the proposed Liberty Quarry, to not take contributions from lobbyists or corporate entities, to hold town hall meetings to vote against any legislative pay raise and to maintain a home in the district. Frandsen faces incumbent Kevin Jeffries, a longtime Lake Elsinore resident and businessman, in the Nov. 4 election.
