Below is a video of Sarah McLachlan's song Angel, which was Kristen's favorite Song.

MURRIETA - An autopsy today ruled out foul play in the death of a 26-year-old woman found at a nursery in Murrieta, but the cause of death is pending toxicology test results, a sergeant said.

Kristin Lee Davidson was found face-down by a worker at Murrieta Oaks Inc., 35600 Antelope Road, around 6:15 a.m. Monday, Murrieta police Sgt. Jim Ganley said.

Davidson, who lived with her mother in Temecula, had been seen walking around the area on Sunday, when the temperature reached 105 degrees, according to Ganley.

A friend who lives in Menifee told police that Davidson had spent Saturday night at his home, then took off walking about noon on Sunday, the sergeant said.

About six people recalled seeing Davidson walking in the area, looking as though she was unwell, Ganley said.

At one point, she sat down on the ground but since she got up again and began walking, the person who saw her did not stop, the sergeant said.

Davidson was found between rows of plants, near a building used to store overflow materials from the nursery.

The Antelope Road gate to the nursery was unlocked, Ganley said, and with the rows of plants, Davidson would not have been visible from the street, he said.

MURRIETA - Authorities have identified a woman found dead at an outdoor Murrieta nursery as 26-year-old Kristin Lee Davidson of Temecula.

Investigators also said an autopsy aimed at determining Davidson’s cause of death has been slated for Wednesday.

Davidson was found by a worker at Murrieta Oaks Inc., 35600 Antelope Road, at about 6:15 a.m. Monday, Murrieta police Detective Vic Carrillo said.

Her body was spotted between rows of plants near a building used to store overflow materials from the nursery, police said. Though her body showed no signs of trauma, the death is being investigated as suspicious, police said. It is not known whether Davidson died at the scene or her body was left there.

Sounds like heat exhaustion. That is really sad that those people who saw her struggling did not offer help. It is a difficult world we live in when we can not tell when others are in need. Why was she walking from her friends house in Murrieta when she lives in Temecula? Thats a long walk in the heat.

....You never really know what it feels like to open the newspaper and read the name of someone you know until it actually happens. Definitely a sobering experience, I'm still reeling from it myself. My deepest condolences to the Davidsons, I hope the toxicology comes back clean and you can find your peace.

To all persons who live in that area and saw my Niece walking on that day...you should be Ashamed of yourselves...Not one of you stoped and asked her if she need help....

In fact...you all killed her the same as taking a gun and shooting her!

Now...I would like to address the "six persons who saw my Niece walking in 105 degree heat"...how can you sleep knowing that if you had stoped this person may still be alive?

I know that picking up someone can be dangerous but what about going to the store and spending one dollar for a bottle of water and coming back and giving it to her?

One Dollar!...Is that too much to ask?...I guess it was!

I can not understand your Community can let this happen when everyone who lives in that area knows how dangerous the heat is!

I also know that if you see someone walking in the Snow and you dont stop...you are breaking the Law and will be in serious trouble...

If i find there is such a Law for Heat...I will find the names of these six people and *Prosecute to the Full extent of the Law*!

If there is no such Law...I will fight to have one stated!

While your all enjoying your BBQ's and Fireworks today...my Niece lays cold and lifeless...

And anyone of you might of prevented that...but didnt!

Ron Davidson...Kristen's Uncle

12. Noneya says :

Hey Ron - Cut these people some slack. I understand your upset from losing your niece and that is to be expected; but be honest with yourself you probably wouldn't have stopped either. 105 degrees is hot but alot of people walk in the heat, think about Vegas should I stop for every person walking down the street and give them a bottle of water?

13. amd says :

Antelope is no longer a through street. It is closed at that end of the road. There is no reason for any cars or pedestrians to go down there unless you live in the 2 or 3 houses that are there, or if you are visiting the nursery, which I believe is closed on Sunday. The people who saw her must have assumed that she had a purpose being there. I'm sure she was disoriented because of the heat, and it is a shame that people can't feel safe in helping others. I am sorry for your loss and my prayers are with your family.

This is directed to: Noneya...

How about this.... CALL 911 or the Local Police and just *Report seeing a person walking in Extream Heat looking very disoriented ! ! !

Would that be too much to ask of You or anyone of the Six Persons that Reported seeing my Niece that day?

And that was just the peole that "reported see her" there had to be alot more that saw her !

You need to keep your Condescending...Insensitive Comments to yourself!

Its people like you that let these things happen!

I agree with you Ron. I am very sorry for your loss. I live a few miles away from here and I wish I would have been driving by at the right time to help her, I'd hope people would do the same for me if they saw me walking in the heat not doing well. It's what this world is coming to and it's very sad. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Davidson family.

Hey Noneya, it's called acclimation you moron! I work in 120 degree heat because I'm use to it and so is my body! Every newbie on the job drops in the heat because they're not acclimated to it and are not properly hydrated. This being one of the first triple digit weekends, no one was ready for it. Six people had no problem talking to the news, but no one called 911!? I DO STOP and expect people to at least make an effort when someone doesn't look well it's called humanity!

I am working at the new hospital on Antelope and Baxter. All of us on the site were devesated when we learned that just down the street a young girl was found. Now that all of us know what may have happened it could have been prevented. There is a new fire station on Baxter that could have helped her. Unfortunatly no one was on this job site that day or we would have. We have to keep our guys hydrated all the time out here due to the heat. Our whole team prays for her and her familiy.

First of all I am sorry for you loss! But Ron you should not blame other people! Where were you where was Kristin's mother, and where was this so called friend when she was walking from Menifee to Temecula? I am also 26 and would not stop for somebody I did not know. Sad but true there are weird pople on this earth and you can not just trust someone because they are female adn they look ill. I do not blame those people who saw her and did not stop!
Once again I am sorry for your loss! Kristin is now in a great place!

26. CK says :

Bottom Line is: if someone looks out of place, ill, disoriented, or suspicious CALL FOR HELP. I understand being cautious about stopping for someone unfamiliar to you, but we are fortunate to have accessible police and fire agencies that are available to help. It takes only a moment to check on someone by saying hello, asking how they are doing or calling for help. To Ron and the other friends and family of Kristen I am sorry for your loss.

27. George says :

Hey Kitty where's your mother. How dare you!!!! I hope that if you ever fall into a similar situation someone makes an effort to help, be it stopping or simply making a two minute phone call. Not someone making snide comments about the family. This situation is hard enough to deal with, without people making ignorant comments. There is NOTHING dangerous about making a phone call from your car!! Bottom line is that people need to start caring about others and making an effort. Because you NEVER know when it might be you or a loved one in a similar situation!! Think about that when you don't believe or care that your actions can and will adversely affect someone else's well being. Now quit making snide comments and let my sister-in-law rest in peace. Have some dignity!

28. Caliber says :

Sorry for your loss Ron, but your sad with grief and need to lash out.. Do you honestly think we are going to stop for everyone walking on a hot day in CALI ? I would prob get arrested for stalking or something.. To many frivolous lawsuits to be a good Samaritan nowadays. Blame the Lawyers not us. Kristin is 27 years old and walking in that heat, she has some accountability...

11:36 pm Sat, Jul 11th, 2009
29. Kitty says :

Also George you ask where my mother was? She was at work! If I called her and told her I needed a ride home she would have been there in a heartbeat! Once again I am sorry for you loss! But your family really does need to quit blaming others, it will not bring Kristin back.

George if I stopped and made a phone call for everyone person I saw walking in the heat I would never to make it where I was going! And I am not making snide comments. I was just referring to Ron blaming other people for what happened. That is a mean thing to say to someone! You cant make mean comments just beacuse you are sad! I really am sorry for what happened and I know you guys are devestated. But it nobody's fault, it is jut a sad tradgey! And by the way I do care about others!

Wow. Someone tragically passes away and it becomes a virtual finger-pointing war. I think it is pretty wrong for anyone to point fingers here but apparently that is what is happening. So let's blame everyone and say it is all of our faults and call it a day. Enough of the "what-if's" and the "someone should have. . ." and use this experience to reflect on our own lives and take this experience and use it to help someone else. We cannot save everyone, nor can everyone at any given moment even be prepared to save another. My sympathy is for Kristin - while people should be mourning and reflecting her passing, you all are having an all out debate of fault. I would like to see a post where someone who heard of this tragedy actually did something about it and maybe helped someone out by giving them a ride or water or letting them use their cell phone to call for a ride or made sure they were sufficiently hydrated before they made a five mile trek. Make things better not worse. We can only learn from this. Can't we all just get along?

All it might of taken to save her life would be three numbers: 911

Now...I would like to address the "six persons who saw my Niece walking"...you took the time

I know that picking up someone can be dangerous but what about going to the store and spending one dollar for a

If there is no such Law for *Extream Heat*...I will fight to have one stated!

While your all enjoying your BBQ's and Fireworks today (4th of July)...my Niece lays cold and lifeless...

And anyone of you might of prevented that...but didnt!

The fact that I live 500 miles away doesnt make this any easier...

And yes...I am Hurt, Angery, Upset, Confused and Deeply Saddened...not only at the loss of my Niece...but at the
loss of *Humanity and Compassion* in our Society!

I worked with Kristin. I have to say this makes me most sorrowful. I guarantee if I had saw her that day I would have
helped. This is no reflection on those who didn't stop, I knew
her. It saddens my heart to see such a young person die.
She had such potential. The world is less without her. Rest in peace Kristin. God bless you sweetheart. The world is less without her. My deepest sypathy to her mother, sister and family.
