For the past two decades, the Orange County-based businessman has made a name for himself developing and marketing a wide range of car care and home fitness products. The savvy entrepreneur, however, is developing his latest product line among the rolling hills and vineyards of the Temecula Valley. Fazeli and his family with the help of Temecula Valley Winery Management (TVWM) have created a line of six boutique wines that reflect his passion for wine and his Persian roots. "We are in Temecula because it is recognized as a destination as Southern California’s wine country," Fazeli explained. "We originally looked at the area several years ago and fell in love with the Temecula Valley." Fazeli Cellars’ wines are featured at The Collective, a unique tasting lounge in Old Town Temecula that features one of a kind, handmade boutique wines created by owners of four micro-wineries with the assistance of TVWM, a full-service winery management company that has dramatically lowered the cost of entry into the wine business. Fazeli Cellars recently held the first release party for its wine club members Advertisement Fazeli is among a number of current and former OC residents who are realizing the dream of making their own wine and starting their own wineries with the help of TVWM. The management group’s Virtual Vineyard to Vendor facility on Diaz Road in Temecula allows small winemakers and growers to create and market their own boutique wines. The 33,000-square-foot facility operates as a fully bonded winery host facility and provides a secured space for multiple winemakers to process their own grapes and produce their own wines under the guidance of award-winning consulting winemaker Tim Kramer. In addition to crush, fermentation and bottling capabilities, TVWM will set up and manage wine clubs with its proprietary software, train staff, establish a proven restaurant placement program, manage special events, ensure regulatory compliance and market and promote your winery and its wines.
