Bring on the birds!

Issue 11, Volume 14.

FALLBROOK – On Tuesday, March 30, the Fallbrook Garden Club will present a sneak preview of Bert Kersey’s new video, "Bring on the Birds," a look at the birds of California. The club meets at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane, with social time starting at 12:30 p.m. and the meeting at 1 p.m.

While featuring birds of the entire state, a major portion of the video was shot in Fallbrook and other areas of San Diego County.

Kersey is a self-proclaimed "birdeographer" who discovered weekend birding as a great excuse to play with his long-lensed cameras and computer equipment. His entire 85-minute video was edited on his laptop computer. He will be showing selected excerpts from his video at the March 30 meeting.

"Bring on the Birds" will be released on DVD on March 30, and will be available for purchase at the meeting. The public is most cordially invited. For more information, call (760) 728-5597.
