Hometown cadets graduate from military training

The following local cadets have graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The airmen have completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Air Force Airman Travis J. Choate

Choate is the son of Frank and Deborah Choate of Sherwood Street, Murrieta. He is a 2011 graduate of Murrieta Valley High School.

Air Force Reserve Airman Alexandrea A. Winieckie

Winieckie is the daughter of Gary and Rose Sawyer of Corte Lerma, Temecula. She is a 2011 graduate of Great Oak High School, Temecula.

Air Force Reserve Airman Christopher P. McGuinness

McGuinness earned distinction as an honor graduate. He is the son of James McGuinness of Cloudburst Lane, Temecula. The airman is a 2010 graduate of Great Oak High School, Temecula.

Air Force Airman 1st Class John W. Haynes

Haynes is the son of John and Patrice Haynes of Humber Drive, Temecula. He is a 2006 graduate of Chaparral High School, Temecula. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 2010 from California Baptist University, Riverside.

Air Force Airman Justin L. Hoone

Hoone is the son of Gregory and Andrea Hoone of Sierra Madre Drive, Murrieta. He is a 2011 graduate of Chaparral High School, Temecula.

Air Force Airman Joseph M. Onate

Onate is the son of Jose Onate of North Spring Meadow Way, Eagle Mountain, Utah, and brother of Melissa Cisneros of Highbury Drive, Murrieta, Calif. He is a 2007 graduate of Advertisement

Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Johnathon R. Taft

Taft is the son of Robert Taft of Avenida De Acacias, Temecula.

Air Force Airman 1st Class Alister P. Guale

Guale is the son of George Guale and brother of George Guale II, both of Corte De Pinos, Winchester. He is a 2008 graduate of Temecula Valley High School.

Air Force Airman Rosendo Martinez

Martinez is the son of Rosendo and Marie Martinez of Corte Quezada, Spring Valley. He is a 2009 graduate of Great Oak High School, Temecula.

Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Staci N. Gonzalez

Gonzalez is the daughter of Martha Gonzalez of Rosita Drive, Wildomar. She is a 2011 graduate of Murrieta Valley High School.

Air Force Airman Jonathan J. Woolbright

Woolbright is the son of Joanne and Jim Woolbright of Silktassel Court, Wildomar. He is a 2011 graduate of Murrieta Valley High School.

Air Force Airman Tanner J. Urness

Urness is the son of Troy Urness of Camphor Way, Lake Elsinore. He is a 2011 graduate of Lakeside High School, Lake Elsinore.

Air Force Airman 1st Class Kevin A. Aslanian

Aslanian is the son of Armen Aslanian of Mira Loma Drive, Temecula, and Joan Jaunzemis of Marion Avenue, Hemet. He is a 2011 graduate of Temecula Valley High School.

Air Force Airman Darryl A. Bryant

Bryant is the son of Bridgette and Darryl Bryant of Pomerol Loop, Winchester. He is a 2010 graduate of Temecula Valley High School.

Air Force Airman Aaron T. Stanton

Stanton earned distinction as an honor graduate. He is the son of Elysa Stanton of Flora Court, Murrieta. The airman is a 2010 graduate of Vista Murrieta High School.
