The accident happened around 12:20 a.m. in the 18700 block of Lake Perris Drive, according to the Riverside County Coroner's Office. Ryan Everly, 35, of Apple Valley, suffered fatal injuries while attempting to place an SUV on his flatbed, coroner's officials said.
