They were called at 10:48 p.m. Sunday to the the 30300 block of Ainsworth Place, where flames were shooting from the roof and out of the attic of a multilevel 5,000 square-foot home when they arrived, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann said. A second alarm was declared, and the incident commander requested additional units, increasing the contingent at the scene to 36 firefighters with 10 engines, she said.
