Due to the foggy conditions, visibility will be down to a quarter-mile or less at times this morning, according to the National Weather Service. Southwest winds gusting at 25 miles per hour will sweep mountain areas today. Gusts of up to 30 mph are expected near the Banning Pass and north of Interstate 10. Forecasters said highs today would be in the mid-60s in the Inland Empire, mid-50s to mid-60s in the mountains and mid-70s in the Coachella Valley.
