Jason Brito surrendered to Riverside County sheriff's deputies on Sunday night after the alleged attack in the 200 block of Tahoe Street. According to Sgt. Glenn Williams, deputies were called to the location to investigate reports of a possible assault and discovered the victim wounded from a gunshot. The man, whose identity was Advertisement Brito walked into the sheriff's Perris station a short time later and surrendered without incident, the sergeant said. He didn't disclose whether the suspect made any admissions, or what the motive for the shooting might have been. Brito was being held at the Robert Presley Jail in Riverside.
