Brian Gordon Burns, 20, is accused of sexually assaulting girls at parties going back two years, according to Murrieta police. Burns was arrested Wednesday afternoon at his residence in the 41700 block of Margarita Road on suspicion of raping a drugged or intoxicated victim, statutory rape, oral copulation of a minor and other sex-related allegations. Advertisement He was booked into the Southwest Detention Center but posted a $155,000 bond and was released Thursday. According to Sgt. Robert Anderson, five girls ranging in age from 15 to 17 years old alleged being victimized by the suspect. "Several of these incidents occurred after parties in which the eventual victim was intoxicated," Anderson said. "The incidents ... just recently reported ... occurred multiple times."
