The three were riding in a car that was heading north on Interstate 15, about a quarter-mile south of Lake Street, when it rolled down an embankment for unknown reasons on Thursday about 7:15 p.m. Firefighters used the "jaws of life" to pry open the mangled vehicle and free the occupants, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann said.
