2012/13 CIF girls’ basketball polls

Eight Valley teams are ranked in the top 16 of their divisions in the latest 2012-13 CIF Coaches’ Polls for girls’ basketball. Vista Murrieta jumped four spots to #2 (#5) while Paloma Valley, formerly #16, dropped off the Division 1A list.

Perris (10) and Heritage (13) are in the same spots in Division 2AA. Murrieta Valley has jumped 11 spots from #15 to #4 (2A); Murrieta Mesa jumped nine spots from #15 to #6 (3AAA); Lakeside moved up four spots from #8 to #4 (3A); Linfield Christian is unchanged at #12 (5AA). Cal Lutheran dropped one spot to #4 and Rancho Christian, formerly ranked #10 in Division 6, dropped off the list.
