TEMECULA – Inland Valley Classical Ballet Theater and Academy (IVCBT) will "Go Red for Women" on Feb. 9 and host a fundraising performance to benefit the American Heart Association campaign to fight our nation’s No.1 and No. 4 killers of American women: heart disease and stroke.

The Ballet For The Heart event will be held at the Inland Valley Classical Ballet Theatre and Academy located at 41760 Rider Way on Feb. 9 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $5 per person.

The IVCBT fundraising event will feature preview performances from the upcoming productions of IVCBT Passion Of The Christ Ballet (spring) and Don Quixote (early summer); a special presentation of a dance; an appearance, presentation and book signing by local author, Helen Ryan; and vocal selections from local artists.

The proceeds from the fundraising event and donations will help the American Heart Association make important advances against heart disease and stroke and improve the health and lives of people in the community and across America.

Visit the IVCBT fundraising page for the American Heart Association Go Red Campaign at ahainlandempire.ejoinme.org/ivcbt to make a tax-deductible donation.
