According to Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. Patrick Chavez, 18-year-old Eduardo Barba was southbound in the 200 block of Chaney Street at high speed when he allowed his car to leave the roadway about 12:30 a.m. "The vehicle rolled over one time after Advertisement Deputies arrived moments later to find the suspect and his four passengers injured -- one of them, a 17-year-old girl, seriously, according to the sergeant. Deputies immediately noticed that Barba was displaying signs of intoxication, Chavez alleged. He said the suspect and victims were transported to a hospital for treatment.
