Deputies were sent to Lakeside Middle School around 12:35 p.m. Thursday after learning that an unknown suspect posted on an Internet message board a threat to shoot a student and blow up the school, said Sgt. Ryan Hoxmeier. Sheriff's investigators served a series of search warrants to Internet service providers and Advertisement "Investigators worked with Texas law enforcement authorities to identify and contact the juvenile," Hoxmeier said. "The suspect admitted guilt and has since forwarded an apology letter. At this time, it does not appear the suspect or victim knew one another prior to this incident."
