What a mess the northbound ramp from 76 to I-5 is. The on ramp virtually stops when traffic exits the 5 toward the base. I waited two cycles of lights just to get on the on ramp the endless line of cars exiting will not allow traffic to cross it to get on the five. It's so screwed up there are accident all the time Who is responsible for this nightmare and why is this problem never addressed ?
