The Murrieta Fire Department has made a commitment to providing outstanding emergency medical services by creating a response plan that includes many parts. The first part of the plan requires an immediate response through rapid dispatch of strategically located medical crews on fire engines. Highly trained paramedics using the latest technology and Advertisement The Murrieta Fire Department would like to improve on the save rate in Murrieta and has planned a free CPR training session on Feb. 14 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Fire Station #2 located at 40060 California Oaks Road. The "Sidewalk CPR" training will train members of the community to provide a new form of CPR that requires only compressing a victim’s chest in cardiac arrest. This life saving training will take approximately 10 minutes.
