Linfield Christian girls softball gains championship

TEMECULA – Linfield Christian Middle School girls softball team claimed the Mountain Valley League Title in the Championship game on Tuesday, Feb. 5.  The Linfield Lions faced a tough opponent in the Bloomington Ravens but were able to claim the Championship title in a 1-0 win in the finals. Linfield had an amazing season with an overall record of 15 wins and 2 losses. The team, led by Coach Ray Reynolds, put in endless hours of practice and playing time in order to be the first team in the middle school’s history to make it to the Championship game.
