PERRIS - Authorities today were still attempting to sort out details of a head-on wreck in Perris that killed a motorist and injured five people, including three juveniles.

The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. Sunday on Cajalco Road, just east of Gavilan Road, according to the Riverside County Coroner's Office.

Two other passengers, a 38-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy, received minor injuries. All were transported to Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, according to the CHP officer.
