TEMECULA – Temecula United U14 girls (U14) soccer team rolled through group play undefeated in the Orange County Mayors Cup on March 2-3. U14 kept it going in the championship game, blanking the Warriors from Nevada 4-0. Anchored by Emma Wilkens and Kendall Klyczek on defense, dominating performances from midfielders Alex Vehlow and Sofia Alcazar, and the deft scoring touch of Jordan Dow and Christine Maurer, the U14 girls captured their third tournament championship in a row.
