Noise levels may increase aboard Camp Pendleton

Issue 11, Volume 17.

CAMP PENDLETON – Camp Pendleton units will be conducting a battalion-size live-fire artillery exercise in the Whiskey and Zulu impact areas 6 a.m. to midnight, Tuesday through March 22.

Depending on atmospheric conditions, the sound of the explosions may be amplified and heard up to 50 miles away.
