Issue 11, Volume 17.

CORONA - An attorney from Riverside County who is a Fox News legal commentator may attempt to intercede as Lindsay Lohan's attorney at a Monday court hearing, at the request of the actress's father, it was reported today.

The attorney, David Wohl, has been retained by the 26-year-old actress's father, Michael Lohan, according to the Riverside Press-Enterprise. The father told the newspaper he is unhappy with the legal representation his daughter has received.

In prior court appearances, Lohan's New York City attorney Mark Heller was criticized by the judge for being unfamiliar with California criminal court rules, and making procedural errors.

Lindsay Lohan faces possible trial Monday on three misdemeanor counts stemming from a crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica. She is charged with willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer; providing false information to an officer and reckless driving.

She is also accused of violating her probation in a misdemeanor jewelry theft case.

Don't quite understand the importance of this to our county. It would be nice to highlight things our citizens are doing to better our community, not defend obvious waste of space people. With all the issues in our country its disappointing to see this on the front page of the web site. Since when did myvalleynews become tmz? I know they're more credible then all the other news organizations so I'm going to chalk this up to a fluke accident. Hate to complain so sorry editors, but we have had our taxes go up and the health care bill kicking in next year. If your going to report on hollywood how about washington as well as I have always considered this site the least biased of all the news outlets. Lohan is beyond old news and being represented by a lawyer from our county just makes us associated with negative people.
