Philipson has been a licensed real estate professional since 1997, and, before joining CB International Realty, she hung her license with Keller Williams Realty and, most recently, Summit Realty Group. She is a member of the Board of REALTORS® and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and has shared her expertise with other by teaching training classes to new agents.
