Health and wellness fair to inform Temecula residents, Sept. 28

Mayor Naggar states, "I am proud that the City of Temecula is having this third annual Health, Wellness, Safety & Special Needs Fair which has expanded this year to include special needs and emergency management. These are resources that are critical for our community and I hope everyone in the community will take advantage of this important event."
This resource fair is for individuals, families, and professionals who would like information on health-related resources, products and services available for children, families, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
• Over 100 agencies will provide information about available resources
• Free health screenings, assessments, and educational information
• Find available resources for childrenand families with special needs
• Emergency preparedness and safety awareness for all
• Free samples on products to improve overall health and wellness
• Great opportunity for networking and sharing resources
Some of the highlights will include the American Lung Association, which will be onsite to provide information and resources about lung health as well as Diaís Delicious Dishes sharing information on their meal services for the elderly. Also on hand will be Inland Regional Center and Inland Empire Health Plan to distribute information on important medical and special needs services for your children. Find out information about therapeutic horseback riding from Green Acres Ranch and information on adult supportive employment services from Towards Maximum Independence, and much more!
