Broncos and Nighthawks in the Big Daddy Boys Basketball Tournament Semifinals

Murrieta Valley to face Corona, Vista Murrieta Plays Rancho Verde

The Nighthawks and Broncos advanced to tonightís semifinal rounds of the Big Daddy Basketball Tournament. The Nighthawks have won the tournament four out of the five years that the tournament has been played. They will face Corona HS, the defending champion from last seasonís tournament.

The Broncos are coming off a tough 49-43 victory over a very good Riverside Poly team to advance to the semifinals tonight. Vista Murrieta will be playing the Mustangs from Rancho Verde in their semifinal match.

Both Semifinal games will be played at Citrus Hill High School.

Murrieta Mesa will play Riverside Poly tonight in a consolation game. The Rams dropped their second game of the tournament losing to Rancho Verde 53-31 after beating Linfield Christian in the opening round.

The Ram game is at Notre Dame High School in Riverside at 3pm.
