Issue 51, Volume 17.

TEMECULA – For as long as they can remember, Shital (Sam) and Arti (Ann) Parikh have had hardworking business owning families. So it was only natural that they, too, would become business owners someday. In 2007 they started their first business in northern California. After moving to Temecula, they became excited being here and to call Temecula their home.

"We love it here. The weather is great, the schools are great and the people are extremely friendly," Sam remarks of Temecula.

This past summer, they started their own business, Temecula Pack and Ship at the Butterfield Ranch shopping center at the intersection of Temecula Pkwy. and Butterfield Stage Rd., where Big 5 and Aztek Tacos are.

The store was built from scratch, with only an empty room to show. Through hard work and perseverance, the storeís floor plan was laid out and constructed with optimal customer service in mind.

"When we first received keys to this space, we never envisioned that our store would look this great," Ann said as she glanced around the room.

Though the initial set up of the store was costly and tiresome, it was definitely worth it.

"We wanted to make our store as non-franchised as possible. We worked hard to make sure that our layout Advertisement

and inventory represented a more personal touch with our customers rather than a franchised one."

Their location makes it a convenient location for folks grabbing a quick bite at lunch at Aztek Tacos or shopping for their next adventure at Big 5 or dropping laundry at Samís Environmental Cleaners or visiting Beauty Salon or Nail Spa. The store has parking in front of the store, which allows a fast in and out.

Temecula Pack and Ship is marketed as your One Stop Business Center, because they have everything from shipping, mailbox rental, Notary services, livescan fingerprinting and even wine shipping, and custom printing. They are an authorized shipping center for FedEx, DHL, and USPS, which allows customers to have various options to ship depending on the location and urgency of your shipping needs domestic and internationally.

They sell variety of boxes and offer packing to make shipping even more convenient. This is truly a pack and ship store. In addition, they have copies and even take printing orders for personal or business needs. The store can also take, send, and receive faxes for the customer at a competitive price, or simply scan documents.

Temecula Pack and Ship is located at 33353 Temecula Pkwy, Suite 104. Phone: 951-303-0111,
