West Valley rolled into Murrieta on a wet, cold afternoon only to run into a sizzling hot Ram team. Murrieta Mesa was unstoppable as they overwhelmed the Mustangs 22-2. The Rams are undefeated as they improved their non-league record to 6-0, the best start of the programís short history.

"I'm really happy with the win. The girls are really coming together as a team" said Head coach Audra Woods. "I'm very excited about this yearís team. Their communication with each other during the game has improved greatly. They just play well together."

The Rams dominated from the very first whistle and never looked back. This is a very different Murrieta Mesa team that you found in the pool last year. "Our strength this year is we don't rely on only one person to play offense and win the game," said Woods. "They all enjoy shooting and take advantage of it when the opportunity arises."

The Rams have the best record in the Southwestern Girls Water Polo league.
