Issue 06, Volume 18.

MURRIETA – Many people who own investment properties have a career totally unrelated to real estate. They have invested in real estate because it’s one of the fastest ways to grow their money. What they don’t always recognize is that owning a rental property can be almost a full time job. There is more to it than collecting rent payments.

A local property management company such as Murrieta-Temecula Property Managers can be the key to allowing property owners the freedom and security to keep living their lives and growing their portfolios. Many owners don’t always realize that owning and managing rental property can be demanding and time-consuming – properly screening prospective tenants, verifying income and current tenancy, obtaining credit reports, examining payment history, doing eviction searches – are all things a professional management company does.

An owner doesn’t have to worry about marketing, showing the property, preparing legally-binding leases, financial reports and responding to tenants’ request Advertisement

when they have the services of a professional property management company.

He also commented that the company’s personnel is very professional and he very much appreciated the excellent tenants they have located for his properties.

So whether someone is a rental hoe owner or is a prospective tenant looking for a home to lease in the Murrieta-Temecula-Menifee or Wildomar areas, Murrieta-Temecula Property Managers has the ability and experience to deal with all the facets of residential property management: marketing, screening prospects, lease preparation, maintenance, and more.
