Junior goalie Makayla Presgrave is credited with 49 saves and eight shutouts. She had three in the win over TVHS; teammate Arianna Wesley had four.

Temecula Valley was ranked #8 in the state and #15 nationally (maxpreps.com). They had scored 83 goals while holding opponents to only seven. Previously, their only league loss – and only the second of the season -- was last week to a tough Vista Murrieta team 2-1.
