Jurupa Valley: Officers arrest 19-year-old man in connection with burglary

A 19-year-old man who was caught with property in his vehicle that he allegedly burgled from an Eastvale home remained behind bars today, records showed.

Victor Hernando Saizholguin, of Eastvale, was arrested Wednesday after sheriff's deputies received a dispatch about a residential burglary alarm going off in the 6000 block of Wells Springs Street.

The officers spotted a vehicle matching the description of a grey Pontiac Grand AM seen fleeing the area and pulled over the driver, Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. Brandi Swan said.

A search of the vehicle uncovered property that was stolen from the home, as well as property believed to have been stolen from another burglary.

Saizholguin was booked on suspicion of first-degree burglary and other crimes in connection with the break-in. Bail was set at $75,000, records showed.

Saizholguin did not act alone and additional suspects are being sought, Swan said. Deputies asked anyone with information about the burglary to call Deputy Michelle Shamhart of the sheriff's Jurupa Valley station at (951) 955-
