MENIFEE – The Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the Veteran Recognition Award nomination of Membership Director Ebony Richards.

Richards is an outstanding and dynamic team player. While in the military, she has undergone rigorous training programs to become an expert in a wide-range of skills and concepts that have easily transferred into her civilian work environment at the chamber.

The military trained her to lead by example as well as through direction, delegation, motivation and inspiration in some of the toughest situations imaginable. She believes that these characteristics will be most helpful as she continues to grow and Advertisement

further pursue her career in the chamber world.

Richards aspires to pursue a career in business or become a president and CEO of a Chamber of Commerce, and she has a genuine interest in business operations and policy. She consistently exercises and exemplifies extraordinary initiative, drive and expertise through personal integrity and ethics.

Richards has high standards and strives for excellence in every aspect of her life. She is trustworthy, enthusiastic, confident, orderly, calm, able to think analytically, ambitious, never settles for second best, and is a futuristic thinker. Her pleasant demeanor contributes positively to any environment in which she is associated.
