The Chaparral Pumas crushed the host Chino Cowboys baseball team by a count of 6-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

Senior right hander, Jasckson Schlekeway had 8 strike outs on the day and pitched a complete shutout win for the Pumas. The Puma's offense was led by Junior Marc Sauceda who went 3-4 on the day.

The Pumas now possess a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to JW North for a non-league bout on Friday, March 14. Chaparral will face a Huskies team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Kaiser. The Huskies record now stands at 5-2.

Next, the Cowboys face the Centennial Huskies in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 14. Chino will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bloomington.
