Temecula Valley Elks name Anne Unmacht ‘Citizen of the Year’

TEMECULA – Each year, the Temecula Valley Elks select a citizen of the year who has been important in making the community a better place. This year’s Citizen of the Year is Anne Unmacht, founder of Project T.O.U.C.H – Together Our Unity Conquers Homelessness.

meet the needs of under-resourced and homeless individuals in the Temecula Valley.  

Project T.O.U.C.H. connects homeless individuals to resources by providing necessities like shelter, food and clothing. They provide the services through the generosity of individuals, businesses and other non-profit organizations. 

Unmacht has lived in Murrieta for over ten years and has two sons named Jason and B.J.
