Eastvale: One motorist arrested for suspicion of drunken driving

A motorist was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and five vehicles were towed during an overnight driver's license/sobriety checkpoint in Eastvale, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said today.

Four citations were issued for unlicensed drivers and one was issued for a suspended driver's license Advertisement

during the checkpoint at Hamner Avenue and Eastvale Market Place that began at 7 p.m. Friday and ended today at 3 a.m., according to a department statement.

Also, six citations were issued for miscellaneous vehicle code and penal code violations, according to the statement.
