Rytych was identified by the victim and the shotgun he was suspected of firing was found at the location and seized, Rico said.

Deputies said they would seek felony charges against Rytych for shooting at an inhabited dwelling, and a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He remained jailed today in lieu of $50,000 bail, records showed.
