Man accused of leading sheriff's deputies on chase from San Jacinto to Hemet, pulling gun on them is charged

A parolee accused of leading sheriff's deputies on a pursuit from San Jacinto to Hemet and pulling a gun on them at the end of the chase, prompting them to open fire and wound him, was charged today with attempted murder and other felonies.

Juan Francisco Inzunza, 37, was arrested Sunday after the deputy-involved shooting that left him with a non-life-threatening injury.
