LAKE ELSINORE – The Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce recognized seven high school seniors, Sept. 19, as September Students of the Month, including Timothy Jakell and Trinity Roblero of Elsinore High School, Sheccid Duchas-Gomez and Ethan O’Berry of Lakeside High School, Ashlyn Dowell and Nathan Strong of Temescal Canyon High School and Jacqueline Padilla Beatriz of Ortega Continuation High School.

The program is sponsored by the chamber of commerce and BMW Management, who own many Sizzler restaurants in the area and are the founders of the program. The original Student of the Month Program was founded 26 years ago by Sally Myers of BMW Management and is now in its 23rd year honoring successful students from the Lake Elsinore Unified School District.
