Residents join arms dancing at the 2017 Temecula Greek Festival

The happy sounds of the bouzoukis and drums echoed from the Temecula City Hall throughout Old Town along with the smell of sweet Greek pastries wafting through the air, during the 2017 Temecula Greek Festival, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 14-15.

Families and children wandered through the festival grounds to watch and to participate in Greek horos or dances, featuring the Chaparral High School Belly Dance Team and the St. Nicolas Greek Orthodox Churches children’s Evokia dance group and the Ta Pedakia Folk Dancers. “The Olympians” from Hollywood Greeks provided the Greek music with broth...
