Cancer survivor walks for others

It was just a mile, start to finish, but it was a long distance for Mary Barnhardt, 77, from Sun City, who has been participating in the Komen Race for the Cure since 2003. She walks in memory of her sister Dorothy, her sister-in-law Millie and her surviving sister Ruby. Barnhardt herself was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003 and has endured numerous surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation treatments over the years.
