Airplane accident reported at Hemet-Ryan Airport

An airplane was involved in an accident at Hemet-Ryan Airport today, but no one was injured.

The Hemet Fire Department received reports of a "plane down'' about 11:20 a.m. and several engine crews rolled to the airport, located at Stetson Avenue and Warren Road.

A Cal Fire administrator working at the field said that no one was hurt, and the main runway was not blocked, according to reports from the scene.
