A 160-unit apartment complex received high praise from members of the Temecula Planning Commission before it was unanimously approved Wednesday, Jan. 3.

“I’ve seen the worst, and I’ve seen the best, this is right up there with the best,” Commissioner John Telesio said of the project, which will be constructed on a currently vacant parcel of land on the south side of Rancho California Road near Cosmic Drive.

The complex would consist of four two-story buildings, four three-story buildings, a leasing office, exercise room and 26 garage buildings with attached trash enclosures.
