Temecula special needs students honored for workplace involvement

Student Ashley Loza tells the audience some of her favorite parts of being in Temecula Valley Unified School District's WorkAbility Program and about the jobs she has worked at CVS and Chick-fil-A.

Special needs students were honored for their hard work in a workplace setting as well as the skills they learned during a special ceremony earlier in March at the Temecula Valley Unified School District offices.

The fourth annual Special Education WorkAbility I Student-Employer Recognition was held Friday, March 9. The event gave students the chance to talk about their experiences of working a job, and it also gave teachers and employers the chance to reflect on students' great work.
