PALA – Easter Sunday diners will enjoy a culinary cornucopia, Sunday, April 1, at Pala Casino Spa & Resort when Choices the Buffet, The Oak Room Steakhouse and Bar Meets Grill will offer holiday menus.

In addition to its eight serving stations, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Southern California’s largest buffet will offer diners Canadian chilled snow crab, steamed Alaskan king crab to order, rack of lamb, steamed lobster tails, coconut shrimp, baked maple salmon, carved roasted prime rib eye, sushi selection, crusted applewood bacon, New York steaks, oysters on the half shell, carved ham and...
