San Jacinto Unified School District's Mountain View High School announced as 2018 Model Continuation High School

Mountain View High School is chosen as one of the state's Model Continuation High Schools for 2018; in addition to regular course work, students are exposed to computer science and coding activities.

SAN JACINTO – State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson announced Tuesday, Feb. 13, that Mountain View High School of San Jacinto Unified School District is one of 32 schools designated as a 2018 Model Continuation High School. The MCHS program, sponsored by California Department of Education, recognizes outstanding continuation high schools that provide comprehensive services to at-risk youth, using the best instructional strategies, flexible scheduling and guidance and counseling services.
