AFV finds new friends at FORE the Animals Golf Tournament

It is check in time for the golfers participating in the Animal Friends of the Valley golf tournament at the Temecula Creek Inn golf course Friday, March 23. Eighty-six golfers participated.

Animal Friends of the Valley "FORE" the Animals Golf Tournament drew 86 golfers and other supporters Friday, March 23, to Temecula Creek Golf Course.

The event held at the country club, 44501 Rainbow Canyon Road,

raised thousands of dollars to help shelter and feed lonely rescued or surrendered dogs and cats from throughout Southwestern Riverside County in its day-to-day operations.

Included in the AFV special golfing event was 18-holes of golf, a dinner, raffle, love auction, putting contest, closest to the hole, longest drive, an awards ceremony and even a duck racing contest.
