Owners of Gateway to Temecula say first businesses will be opening soon

The owners of a 61,000-square-foot commercial center being built at the corner of Temecula Parkway and La Paz Road say they are putting the final touches on some of the buildings in the center and are hoping that some businesses will be able to open as soon as the end of the month.

Amir Dehbozorgi, Omid Dehbozorgi and Shariar Younessi of CDM, Inc. -- the owners and developers of the Gateway to Temecula shopping center -- said that the first businesses expected to open toward the end of April will be a Chevron gas station with a Chronic Tacos inside, a Starbucks and a Pizza Press.
