HUSD announces Hamilton High School valedictorian and salutatorian

HyeRin Yoo has been named salutatorian for the graduation ceremony at Hamilton High School scheduled for May 23.

ANZA – Hemet Unified School District has announced Hayley Thrapp will serve as valedictorian at Hamilton High School's graduation ceremony scheduled for Wednesday, May 23, in the school's gymnasium.

HyeRin Yoo will serve as salutatorian for the ceremony, which will see 67 students receive their high school diplomas.

Hayley Thrapp has been named valedictorian for Hamilton High School's graduation ceremony.

Thrapp's persistence and hard work earned her valedictorian honors with a GPA of 3.93 and SAT score 1350. She has been actively involved in managing girls' and boys' basketball and boys' baseball. She will have completed five Advanced Placement courses while enrolled at Hamilton High School at the time of the ceremony.

After high school, Thrapp plans to attend California Baptist University where she will pursue a career in education with an emphasis in psychology.

Yoo, with a GPA of 4.07 and a SAT score of 1260, will have completed two AP courses during her time at Hamilton High upon her graduation. She has also been an active member of the Interact Club and the National Honor Society.

Yoo plans to attend California State Polytechnic University Pomona and to pursue a career in computer engineering.
