Hemet City Council recognizes seven visiting students and their adult chaperones from Hemet's sister city, Miyagi, Japan, at the March 27 council meeting. The Japanese students are spending two weeks at Dartmouth Middle School, while their American counterparts are visiting their middle school in Japan.
